Trouble Ordering?

If you are having trouble ordering from the shopping cart (for example, if you are told your cart is empty), you may need to enable cookies on your browser. The store uses cookies to remember which items you place in your cart.

To Enable Cookies:

1. Go to go to Tools and then Internet Options on your browser toolbar (if using Internet Explorer).
2. Click on the Privacy tab.
3. Select Medium-High or below, in order to allow cookies for your site. (You may need to lower the setting to Medium if you still cannot checkout).
4. You will then be able to add the product to your cart and checkout.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

Within the UK, games are dispatched from Essex (Basildon) by courier and take approximately 3-5 working days for delivery. In Australia games are posted from Sydney and take 3-5 working days for delivery. A courier is used for pre-Christmas or urgent deliveries.
